GOTNI announces Emerging Leaders Conference 2015, with the theme RETHINKING
NIGERIA: LEADERSHIP FOR POSSIBILITIES. This conference is held annually and
have had speakers like Prof. John Adair, George Fraser, Myles Munroe, Genevieve
Nnaji, Prof. Jerry Gana, Dayo Israel, Joshua Awesome, Blossom Nnodim amongst
many world influencers in previous years.
The conference, which will hold on the 11th and 12th September
2013, at the International Conference Centre, will host over 3000 emerging
young leaders this year, from among those making a difference in their
communities, establishments, organization and states.
The gathering of these young leaders is aimed at setting an agenda for Nigeria
as they contribute to the policies as their own governance roles as citizens.
It will be biggest gathering of young leaders as Nigeria transits to another 4 years administration. As a non-profit Youth Leadership Capital Development Organisation, GOTNI has been at the forefront of equipping a new generation of leaders across sectors and in this 2-day conference, searchlight will be on employability, business and public service and social enterprise. Speakers include Tim Howard from Cambridge, Myles Munroe Jr., Mrs. Bola Adesola, MD, Standard Chartered bank, John Momoh – Chairman, Channels TV, Felix Achibiri, Chairman Fortis Bank, Mr. Innocent Chukwuma, Ford Foundation, Tonye Cole, Chairman Sahara Oil amongst others.

Criteria for Participation:
- Must be under 40 years of
age,
- Must be a Nigerian,
- Must believe in Nigeria and
desire a transformed and better Nigeria,
- Must be self-employed or
professionally engaged in a public or private institution,
- Must be already making
recognizable positive impact in his/her area of endeavor,
- Must have achieved a name
recognition in his/her place of work, State or the Nation,
- Must show achievements in
his/her profile
- Must be nominated by self
(if self-employed), institution, State, Local Government or Constituency,
- Must be a person of good
conduct and integrity.
