GOTNI is a non-profit youth leadership development organization with a passion to transform not just our nation Nigeria but societies in Africa and beyond, through series of well organized transformational leadership events, schemes and programs, some of which include the National leadership and Economic Summits, Leadership Roundtables and the Leadership Clinic held across cities in Nigeria. Every year, thousands of Nigerians benefit from GOTNI’s severe attitudinal change campaigns and over these years, feedback from these programmes as recorded in GOTNI’s database archives have further expanded and explains the need for a consolidation process that pays more attention to the development of leadership quality in the youth on whom the foundation of our nation’s future rests. This organization has very sound minds and veterans of different sectors of the economy on its board of directors who oversee the activities of the organization. Empowered by a visionary leadership with an advisory board under the chairmanship of Prof. Herbert Orji, GOTNI is poised towards taking its leadership development cause to another level.
