Linus Okorie is known to many as The Leadership Doctor due to his 21-year old commitment to deliberately groom Nigeria's next generation of leaders. 

Starting off as a 19 year old college student, Linus set out evangelising Nigeria on the need for Integrity, Courage, Great Communication skill, Self-development amongst many other values as the only way to become great leaders and in turn develop the nation. He was one of the proponents of the fact that leadership is everyone's responsibility and is not just positional, in Nigeria. Having established his non-profit organisation Guardians of the Nation International (GOTNI) in 2004, he has not looked back.
